All records are constructed teaching data, not official platform exports or real restaurant results. All monetary CSV amounts are signed integer USD cents. Quantity inputs use kg and elapsed periods use calendar days. No exchange rates, fees or legal requirements are implied. These generic CSVs are for a spreadsheet or independent code; they are not supported uploads for the Zomato/Swiggy settlement analyser.

Reproduce: remove identical repeated ledger IDs (conflicting copies require investigation), sum signed ledger values, compare the reported payout separately with bank receipts by the cutoff. Stock target=daily*(lead+review)+safety; shortage=max(0,target-onHand-inbound); packs=ceil(shortage/pack); usable-life review=max(0,onHand+inbound+packs*pack-daily*lifeDays). Feedback uses each distinct fictional customer's first observed visit; require a full14-day window by22October; return must be after the first date and within14days inclusive. Cash starts with cash-opening.csv and adds cash-events.csv in date/id order; the alternative moves C04 to12October only.

Compare with expected-results.csv. A different locale may require comma-delimited import. Preserve IDs as text and interpret negative monetary values as deductions/payments.
