Digital Delivery Policy

Digital service only

Food Data Extractor is subscription-based software. No physical product is sold or shipped, so shipping charges, courier tracking and physical delivery timelines do not apply.

How access is delivered

After Razorpay confirms a successful subscription payment, the licensing service activates the key created during checkout. The purchaser enters that activation key in the Chrome extension or paid website analyser to enable the applicable plan.

Delivery time

Activation is normally available within a few minutes of successful payment. Payment confirmation can occasionally be delayed by the bank, payment network or Razorpay webhook delivery.

If activation is delayed

First refresh the checkout-status page and confirm that the payment is shown as successful in Razorpay. If paid access is still unavailable after 30 minutes, email anuragpandey5957@gmail.com with the purchase email and Razorpay payment or subscription identifier. Do not send card, bank, UPI, OTP, password, session-cookie or full activation-key information.

Territory and access

The service is offered primarily to authorized restaurant partners in India. Internet access, a supported Chrome browser and access to the user's own authorized restaurant partner account are required for relevant features.
