Digital service only

Food Data Extractor is subscription-based software. No physical product is sold or shipped, so shipping charges, courier tracking and physical delivery timelines do not apply.

What is delivered

A successful purchase delivers a plan entitlement and activation key for the supported Chrome extension and paid website analyser. Restaurant exports are created only when the authorised user operates the extension; we do not email or host a pre-built restaurant-data package.

How access is delivered

After Razorpay confirms an active subscription payment, the licensing service activates the key created during checkout. The purchaser enters that activation key in the Chrome extension or paid website analyser to enable the applicable plan.

Delivery time

Activation is normally available within a few minutes of successful payment. Payment confirmation can occasionally be delayed by the bank, payment network or Razorpay webhook delivery.

If activation is delayed

First return to the Plans page in the same browser session; a pending checkout restores its payment-status section. Confirm that Razorpay shows a successful subscription payment. If paid access is still unavailable after 30 minutes, email anuragpandey5957@gmail.com with the purchase email and Razorpay payment or subscription identifier. Do not send card, bank, UPI, OTP, password, session-cookie or full activation-key information.

Territory and access

The service is offered primarily to authorised restaurant partners in India. Internet access, a supported Chrome browser and access to the user's own authorised Zomato or Swiggy restaurant partner account are required for the relevant extension features.
