Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancellation

You may request cancellation by emailing anuragpandey5957@gmail.com. A cycle-end cancellation keeps access until the current paid period ends and prevents the next renewal.

First-charge refund requests

Request a refund within seven days of the first charge with the purchase email and Razorpay payment identifier. Eligibility may be declined after substantial paid usage, fraud or policy abuse, subject to applicable law.

Renewals

Renewals are normally non-refundable after the new period begins except where required by law. Confirmed duplicate charges or payments taken after a properly completed cancellation will be refunded.

Processing

Approved refunds are submitted through Razorpay. Bank and payment-method processing times vary.
